At TeaCosyFolk we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is set out below.

Hand Knitted Tea Cosies

• You may return a hand knitted tea cosy within 30 days of receipt.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Buyer pays postage and packaging costs for the return. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot issue a refund if the item does not reach us.
• Once the returned item has been received, we will issue a full refund.

Digital Download Products

• Please note that digital knitting patterns are non refundable.
• If you have purchased a digital pattern, we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances.
• This policy is in line with UK consumer law, which recognises that digital downloads are exempt from return rights once purchased.
