The Gingerbread House Cushion was designed for the Simply Knitting Magazine issue 206 which goes on sale on the 1st of December 2020.

Gingerbread Houses are cute, fun and delicious, and this Gingerbread House cushion is a great festive knit that can brighten a chair in your house each Christmas.

Standing 49cm height to the tip of the roof and 40cm wide, it's a lovely sized cushion and a real statement piece.

The main part of the cushion is knitted in two parts and stuffed and the decorations are applied and sew on. There's a cute snow-covered chimney with a sprig of holly. There's a bell and holly on the door and brightly coloured Smarties all around.

This enchanting Gingerbread House Cushion is just like one you might bake at Christmas time.
