Animated Tea Cosy

The golfer tea cosy was inspired by the bygone stereotype of golfers in their argyle jumpers, golfing caps and flamboyant colour combinations.

The golfer tea cosy isn't wearing a true argyle jumper, but it does have a diamond design that is knitted in Fair Isle. On his head he has a bright golfing cap.

He has a golf club in his hand and is just about to take a swing.

Around the back is his golf bag on a trolley and sticking out the tops are more clubs with nicely knitted club protectors with pompoms.

He's a lovely sporty tea cosy, who would make a lovely surprise for anyone golfing fanatic.

Teeing off with a hot cuppa.

This Tea Cosy:

  • is made from double thickness yarn for extra insulation
  • fits a medium sized teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints
